In the aftermath of a historic speech, it’s time for me to publicly pick a side in this bitter and divisive democratic primary battle between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.

The primary season started way too fucking early. I can understand why people would want to tune out, but that’s a weak excuse if you truly love this country.
The length and historic implications of this primary have made it the most divisive one in my short political experience. Is this the most divisive democratic primary ever?
Enough of the nastiness please. Most of Obama and Clinton’s positions are identical.
The issue of Obama’s race has been publicly dissected by everyone but him so I was really looking forward to this speech. I clipped out a few of my favorites to share with you.
Why I am supporting Barack Obama

My therapist called today letting me know that he has re-sent the required documentation to Met-Life and they confirmed receipt. Once again it’s a waiting game. I got a lovely and concerned email from Fran. I still have some savings to fall back on.

I just found out today from Met-Life that my short term disability claim was denied as of March 8th and my case has been closed. I’ve been seeing a therapist once a week as required and he told me he has faxed them all the required info. Met-Life claims they received nothing from him. My therapist is on vacation until the end of the month so this puts me a real bind. Do I stay on unpaid leave while trying to get this resolved (which could take weeks) or do I just quit immediately and try to get on unemployment? Those are my two viable options.. Thoughts?
This show focuses on addictions. Of course I’m not talking about World of Warcraft because just like Zillafag, I don’t play that game anymore.

This is a formal notice of my intention to terminate my employment with XXX Studios (pseudonym for my real employer) on Friday, February 29th, 2008. My steady employment with XXX Studios over the past 8 years has allowed me to grow personally. I am thankful to the company, it’s management and all the team members that have enriched my life. These experiences fueled my desire to grow professionally and pursue career opportunities within XXX Studios. This ambition has been repeatedly countered by extremely frustrating setbacks that continually force me to question my future with the company. This frustration combined with other work related experiences has affected my physical and mental health. I am dealing with recurring episodes of insomnia, stress, depression, frequent mood changes, and anxiety attacks. For the sake of my health and well being, I must move on.
